As this is the number one reason in our country for missed work, it attributes to costing billions of dollars in lost productivity per year.

While some of it is due to poor posture due to hours spent in front of a computer screen, and without the right ergonomic furniture to support themselves, a lot of it is also due to incorrect technique for manual handling.
